Hi, I’m Denise, the founder of Elevated Karma Wellness.

My journey into energy and sound healing began in 2017, after I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Like many others, I initially followed a traditional medical path, but the side effects of the medications left me feeling worse than the diagnosis itself. That experience led me to explore a more holistic approach to healing—and it completely changed my life.

Before my diagnosis, I worked as a nurse. My background in healthcare gave me a deep understanding of the body’s physical systems, but it wasn’t until I discovered Reiki and sound therapy that I truly began to understand the body as energy.

Through daily practice, study, and personal healing, I became certified in Reiki and sound meditation. These practices helped me reconnect with myself, manage my symptoms, and reclaim my well-being—without relying solely on medication. Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others who are ready to heal, reset, and reconnect with their own inner power.

To further support those on their healing journey, I’m currently studying for my Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysical Science, deepening my understanding of spiritual wellness and mind-body connection.

In my private studio in downtown Ephrata, I offer one-on-one and group sessions that blend clinical knowledge with intuitive energy work. My goal is always to hold space with compassion and care, meeting you exactly where you are—no judgment, just healing.
