Sound Immersion Meditation
Monthly Sound Meditation at The Historic Eicher Arts Center
Join us each month at the beautiful and historic Eicher Arts Center in Ephrata for a deeply restorative sound meditation experience. Surrounded by the charm of original hardwood floors and rich history, this space offers the perfect setting to relax, reset, and reconnect.
Our sound meditations are open to all levels—no experience needed. You’ll be guided through a peaceful journey of sound using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore energetic balance.
✨ What to Bring:
The Eicher Arts Center has very hard wooden floors, so comfort is key! Please bring a yoga mat, anti-gravity chair, blankets, pillows, and anything else to help you feel supported and cozy. Water is also recommended.

Energy Enhancement System & Sound Meditation
During this event you will have the opportunity to experience the powerful benefits of the EES (Energy Enhancement System), a cutting-edge technology that uses advanced scalar energy waves to balance and optimize your body's energy field. This non-invasive therapy has been shown to improve mental clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance overall well-being. At the same time you will be immersed in the soothing and comforting vibrations and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, gongs, and other musical instruments. This powerful duo will surely recharge your battery and give your immune system a healthy boost! This event will be held at ReneWELL's location in Ephrata. This event is 2 hours and includes 1 hour of EES and sound bath followed by 1 quiet hour to relax and receive the EES. There is seating provided (large comfy lounge chairs) as well as some floor spots for yoga mats, blankets are provided. You may bring pillows, blankets or other comfort items if you choose. It is also advised to bring drinking water. Total capacity is 6 people, seating is first come first serve. Cost is $50 per person. Get ready for an unforgettable afternoon of creativity, relaxation, and soul-soothing energy at Wined & Designed — our exclusive mandala dreamcatcher painting experience inside the powerful healing frequencies of the EESystem.
This is a BYOW (Bring Your Own Wine or Beer) event. Please note: NO hard liquor is permitted. For those who prefer not to drink, we’ll have a selection of refreshing mocktails and light snacks available to enjoy while you paint.
