A Time to Relax, Recharge & Restore Your Energy
Join us at Elevated Karma for a peaceful and restorative sound meditation experience, now offered on the second Wednesday of every month!
Allow yourself to step away from the noise and stress of everyday life as you immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic sound instruments.
Sound meditation offers an opportunity to quiet the mind, release tension, encourage deep relaxation, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're completely new to sound meditation or have experienced its benefits before, everyone is welcome.
And here's my promise to you: Whether one person or 30 people attend, this monthly sound meditation WILL happen! No minimum attendance requirements and no last-minute cancellations due to low enrollment. Your time for relaxation is important to me.
When: Second Wednesday of every month
Beginning: December 9, 2026
Time: 6:00 PM
Location: Elevated Karma, 55 New Street, Suite C11, Ephrata, PA
Cost: $30 in advance | $35 at the door
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to create a comfortable space for yourself. You will be lying down or sitting comfortably during the meditation, so dress in comfortable clothing.
Doors will be locked promptly at 6:00 PM. No late entry will be permitted.
Please plan to arrive early enough to complete payment (if paying at the door), choose your space, and get comfortably settled before we begin. This helps ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for everyone.
Come as you are. Release what you need to release. Rest, recharge, and allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
