This month’s gathering includes:
🌿 Wine & supportive conversation — an opportunity to settle in, unwind, and be held in community.
🌿 Learning the EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) — a gentle tapping practice that helps release stress, overwhelm, and stored emotional tension from the body.
🌿 An intuitive art activity — a simple, expressive exercise to help you access inner clarity and give your emotions a safe place to be seen.
🌿 A soothing 20–30 minute sound meditation — the perfect way to integrate everything you’ve opened and explored.
