Women's Spiritual Growth Group
Monthly Women’s Spiritual Group
A Journey of Connection, Growth & Spiritual Discovery
Starting January 2027!
Join Denise Reichert of Elevated Karma and Barb Ruhl from Healing from Within for a monthly women's spiritual development and support group designed to bring women together in a welcoming, supportive environment where we can learn, grow, connect, and explore our spiritual journeys.
Whether you're just beginning your spiritual journey or have been exploring your gifts for years, this group is an opportunity to deepen your understanding, discover new tools, and connect with like-minded women.
What Can You Expect?
Each month, we'll explore a different topic related to spirituality, personal development, emotional wellness, and energy work.
Some of our planned experiences include:
Quieting the Mind — Explore techniques to calm mental chatter, find your center, and create more peace in your everyday life.
Meditation — Discover different approaches to meditation and learn how to incorporate mindfulness and stillness into your daily routine.
The Art of Active Meditation — Experience meditation through creativity as you create your very own mandala painting to take home.
Pendulum Work — Learn how to use a pendulum, explore its applications, and practice working with your own pendulum board, which is included in your experience.
Working with Crystals & Crystal Grids — Explore crystal energies, intentions, and how crystal grids can be used in your spiritual practice. A crystal grid is included in this experience.
Spirit Guide Experience — Explore the concept of spirit guides, discover different ways to recognize their presence, and participate in guided exercises designed to help you connect with your own spiritual guidance.
Additional Spiritual Development Topics — We'll continue introducing new subjects and experiences throughout the year to encourage exploration and personal growth.
A Little Something Extra!
A few times throughout the year, we'll incorporate a relaxing sound meditation at the end of the evening, offering an opportunity to unwind, reflect, and integrate the experience.
What's Included in Your Membership?
All materials needed to participate in our monthly workshops are included in your membership!
During select workshops, additional items may be available for purchase if you'd like to expand your experience or take home something extra.
For example, our crystal grid workshop includes your very own crystal grid, with the option to purchase crystals to accompany it.
Any additional purchases are completely optional and never required to participate or enjoy the experience!
Exclusive Members-Only Facebook Group.
As part of your Women's Spiritual Growth Group membership, you'll also receive access to our private, members-only Facebook group!
This special space will give us an opportunity to stay connected beyond our monthly gatherings, share inspiration, encourage spiritual growth, and support one another along our journeys.
Barb and Denise also plan to offer occasional exclusive experiences, special evenings, discussions, and other opportunities just for our members!
Think of it as an extension of our monthly gatherings — a welcoming, supportive community where we can continue learning, growing, and connecting together.
